I'm Nazli (Naaz-Lee). I am a licensed therapist with years of experience supporting individuals navigating acute and chronic trauma, anxiety, depression, and the emotional impact of life transitions. My approach is holistic, relational, and deeply rooted in the understanding that healing involves both the mind and the body. I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe, attuned space where they can feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences at a pace that feels right for them.
In my work, I integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Alongside these approaches, I incorporate somatic and nervous system regulation techniques to help my clients develop greater awareness of their body’s responses to stress and trauma. By focusing on grounding, regulation, and embodied safety, my clients are able to build resilience, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression and nervous system regulation. My goal is not just symptom relief, but deeper healing that supports long-term emotional balance, self-trust, and well-being.

Therapy is a space where all parts of you are allowed, especially the parts you’ve learned to hide. A place to bring what’s been hiding in the shadows to light. Our “shadows” are often the parts shaped by pain, protection or unmet needs. When approached with curiosity and compassion, working with these hidden parts can bring clarity, relief and a deeper sense of wholeness. What was once hidden in the shadows becomes understood and integrated, and most importantly, no longer quietly influences your life.

When we heal at the root, we’re not fixing what’s broken, we’re nurturing what was never given a chance to fully grow. Understanding where patterns, emotions and beliefs are formed, surface level coping can become meaningful transformations.
By addressing the underlying experiences that shaped your nervous system, relationships and sense of self, change can become grounded, integrated and lasting. Like strengthening roots beneath the soil, this work creates stability, resilience and growth that can Impact every aspect of your life.
